Originally recognized as being the Raptors Rehabilitation and Propagation Project, the globe Bird Sanctuary is usually a feather in Missouri's cap. This sanctuary sits on 305 acres of Missouri's hardwood forest just up coming towards the Lone Elk County Park. The opening are eight am to five pm daily. The sanctuary is closed on xmas and Thanksgiving.
